Kate is a trauma and addiction informed yoga instructor, qualified breath work coach and sound therapist with a passion for helping people achieve inner ease in body, mind & spirit.

Trauma, anxiety, rage and depression are all stored in the cells and tissues of the body, and unless we find healthy ways of releasing these more negative emotions, they inevitably have depleting and harmful effects on all the systems of the body.

When we learn how to regulate our nervous system by moving and breathing in the right way we can bring ourselves back into homeostatic balance, experiencing true health and vitality.

Oftentimes we fall into more unhelpful coping mechanisms to dull & dampen down our difficult experiences of the world. You will learn a range of new coping mechanisms, reminding you that you have the power to change how you feel.

All practices taught, will help bring you back to balance, restoring a sense of inner peace and wellbeing.

Tune into your own true nature, amongst the trees and align yourself with the natural rhythm of earth’s cycles. Wrap up warm with plenty of layers during the winter months and prepare to get cosy while you relax under the twinkly lights of the wild teepee at sunset. JUST BE in The Georgian House

Enjoy a relaxing morning with a gentle yoga practice, super soothing sound bath meditation followed by a sumptuous brunch in the walled garden of No. 14 The Georgian House. Menu on request, with vegan and vegetarian options available.

These monthly events are available to book in the summer months due to the weather.

JUST BE in the community

Every other week our community comes together in Ballygowan Village Hall to move, breath and meditate.

This class is focused on all the ways we can find stillness and inner ease. Exploring various ways to release tension and improve functional mobility with moving meditations along with conscious breathing. Finishing off with a guided meditation and soothing sound bath you are sure to feel well rested as it helps to restore balance to mind and body and soul.

These classes are perfect for alleviating stress related conditions and encouraging deep restorative rest and homeostatic balance.

7:30pm to 9pm

£15 per class or £33 for 3.
